Christian talks about his program in the write-up titled, “The Salesman – When VI’s Christian talks baseball, it’s easy to buy in.” Christian also remarks on the recent success of other VI athletic teams and progress at the college: “Volleyball had a big year,” he said. “Basketball, men’s and women’s, had a big year – coming off big years. Softball [currently on a 12-game winning streak] hasn’t lost in like four months it seems like. We’ve got a lot of positives going on. Academically, we’re bringing back majors. We’ve brought back sports. We’ve brought back community.”
